       I.   ​INTRODUCTION

​This Privacy Policy contains information regarding the processing by Andrzej Moroz conducting business under the name Andrzej Moroz Legal Advisory, located at Pustola 25/17, 01-107 Warsaw, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity under the tax identification number NIP 9291842612 and REGON 525785753 (hereinafter also referred to as: AMDP), of the personal data of Users, i.e., individuals using the website located at doradcapodatkowy-moroz.pl (hereinafter referred to as: the Service).

We emphasize that the processing of personal data in accordance with EU regulations, while respecting the applicable legal order and the Users' privacy, plays a fundamental role in the Company's activities on all levels.

       II.​   ​DATA OF THE ADMINISTRATOR  

​The administrator of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the RODO) is AMDP.

       III.   ​PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF THE PROCESSING  

​We inform you that we limit the collection and use of information about Users to the necessary minimum required to provide services to you at an appropriate level.

Data is collected actively through voluntary provision by the User or passively – as data automatically recorded by the Server.

Your personal data in the form of name, surname, telephone number, organization name you represent, organization/home address, email address, bank account number, hardware/software identifying data used by the User, IP address, location, may be processed by AMDP based on:

  1. ​​​Consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO), for the purpose of AMDP initiating contact in response to my request or familiarizing itself with my matter or questions asked by me, or providing a quotation for services rendered by AMDP, as well as for marketing activities, informing Users about AMDP's statutory activities, events, news, including through the distribution of newsletters.
  2. ​For the legitimate interests pursued by AMDP, service management, ensuring the security of Users, conducting statistical analysis, including for archival purposes [evidential] to secure information in case of legal necessity to establish facts, as well as for the purpose of eventual determination, investigation, or defense against claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO).
  3. ​Performance of legal obligations arising from the applicable provisions of the law and implementation of relevant agreements (Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO).
       IV.   ​TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA  

​Data may be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf based on agreements concluded with AMDP, but only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes, including, among others, entities providing IT, accounting, legal, marketing, or other services on our behalf ensuring the proper functioning of AMDP, with the reservation that such entities process data solely in accordance with AMDP's instructions.

       V.   ​TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS  

​We can only transfer your data to entities located within the European Economic Area or those that provide an adequate level of security. Any potential data transfers will be conducted based on appropriate legal safeguards (standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission).

       VI.   ​RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

​We inform you that we process your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of their storage or as long as it is required by us according to the law, especially until the expiration of any claims or the expiration of the obligation to archive resulting from legal provisions, including the obligation to store accounting documents.

We point out that withdrawing consent to processing will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

  • ​You have withdrawn your consent, which is the legal basis for processing, and there is no other legal basis for processing.
  • ​You have objected to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you have objected to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.
  • ​Personal data was processed unlawfully.
  • ​Personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation envisaged in community law or national law.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

       VIII.   ​INFORMATION ON THE VOLUNTARY NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA SUBMISSIONS

​Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the services offered on the Website. By signing up for the Newsletter, you consent to receiving information about news, events, and promotions organized by the Company in accordance with the principles specified in this Privacy Policy.

       IX.   ​USE OF COOKIES
